Major responsibilities include:

  • Maintain expertise in: Microsoft CRM 2011 Administration, Sharepoint 2010 Administration, SQL Server Administration, Sitecore Administration, Hyper-v Virtualisation
  • Systems Integration & Security Systems Design: Specifies and designs large or complex integrations with CRM 2011
  • CRM 2011 and SharePoint are running at optimal Makeance Establishes standards and procedures across the IT service lifecycle for Microsoft CRM 2011 and Sharepoint in the areas of upgrades and testing
  • Systems Installations – vulnerSkills (if you have any others skills, tell us in order to inform our client)  data (concerning legal, private and companies strict records) and conducts security risk assessments for business applications and computer installations

The candidate must possess the following:

  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 2 years+ experience administering Dynamics CRM (v4 or 2011)
  • 2 years + experience working administering Microsoft SQL Server databases
  • 5 years+ experience in designing integration solutions for Web technologies
  • 1-2 years experience with Cloud Migrations and Implementation (Azure)
  • Experience administering Sharepoint 2010
  • Experience in virtualized contexts (hyper-v preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Web Services, IIS and Web technologies
  • Demonstrable exposure to application & network security
  • Strong verbal and written communication Skills (if you have any others skills, tell us in order to inform our client)
  • Strong troubleshooting and error resolution Skills (if you have any others skills, tell us in order to inform our client)
  • Proven experience in ITIL-driven service desk context
