Major responsibilities of the part include:

  • Provide support to guarantee that data (concerning legal, private and companies strict records) across all aspects of the Service (Website, Contact Down Town (TR – Istanbul), Service Desk Knowledge Repository including processes and scripts) is of a high quality, consistent and timely
  • Monitor, analyse and report on Major Makeance measures
  • Review data and produce written analysis on service quality and Makeance
  • Conduct Root Cause Analysis and Implement quality tools and techniques to improve services
  • Support the Transition Skills (if you have any others skills, tell us in order to inform our client)  to work in a team (you should often take the place of the leader, so you’ll have need leardership qualities) (including Skills (if you have any others skills, tell us in order to inform our client) like open mind (in your work and with others employee), sociability (this quality is really important to a turkish context), reactivity and human habits in profesionnel context) in the implementation of the Transition Plan
  • Review and where necessary develop training material
  • Develop and review presentations
  • Establish, maintain and report on Continuous Improvement Registers and activities
