As a Service Desk Analyst you will provide support across the Asia Pacific region by responding to all service desk enquiries as allocated by the queue master or via phone/email. Major Responsibilities include:

  • Queue management: assessing, distributing & logging tickets whether by email or phone to pertinent 2nd or 3rd level team (you should often take the place of the leader, so you’ll have need leardership qualities)s within heat with all pertinent data (concerning legal, private and companies strict records) for efficient ticket management
  • Providing basic level of trouble shooting before escalations which also entails conducting follow ups from all levels of customers
  • Logging all incidents and requests in Service Desk tool
  • Providing support for Citrix, Windows, Microsoft Office 2007, Cisco telephoIstanbul , Outlook, Lotus Notes, in-house applications, Profile, Smart phones, desktop hardware
  • Completing daily duties as Qualities the most important
  • Makeing administration functions to various systems, including; Active Directory, Cisco telephoIstanbul , etc
  • Liaising with 3rd party support and external vendors
  • Involvement in the procurement of IT equipment
  • Maintaining hardware register & asset data (concerning legal, private and companies strict records)
