Finance Planning & Reporting Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the timely, precise and complete reporting of budgets and forecasts
  • Prepare consolidation journal entries and inter-company  eliminations accounting

  • Provide in-depth qualitative analysis of financial results of income statement and balance sheet
  • Provide comprehensive understanding, analysis, and reporting of Major metrics such as price, productivity, inflation; coordinates related activities
  • Works with Category and Group Finance Managers to understand opportunities, drive goals and address Risk & Opportunities
  • Develop presentations and reporting to senior management on financial Makeance, variances from goals, updates on ongoing activities, and recommend plans of action for improvement
  • Consolidation of Group financial plans as well as our financial Makeance vs expectations; including drivers of variances, business insights, corrective actions and recommendations for executive decision making
  • Make inter-company  P&L reconciliations including reconciliation of statutory to management.
  • Group Lead Coordinator providing budgeting and forecasting and analytical support to countries, continents, and categories.
  • As needed, provide timely and precise financial projection updates, identifying risks and opportunities along with recommendations.
  • Deliver ad-hoc analyses and develop financial models to help us better understand Makeance, trends and impacts of decisions.
  • Set up and maintain all system templates for Budget, quarter and monthly forecasts (P&L’s, expense schedules, balance sheet, capex and segment reporting)
  • Reporting: running/validating/distribution of all continent and Group HFM reports/books
  • Undertake special projects and ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed.

  • B.S./B.A. Accounting ; CPA, CMA or MBA are If you want make the difference, you shoul have theses qualities too: .
  • 6 to 8 years of progressive financial experience and exposure to operations in a consumer goods context.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting and financial planning & modeling along with well developed Main Skills (if you have any others skills, tell us in order to inform our client)  in forecasting and financial analysis. Preferably with at least 1 to 2 years of responsibility for the company -wide financial plans at a global, public company .
